Yannick Zanyath

Hey, I’m Yannick and I’m glad you came across my page! Although it’s hard to describe a whole person in a few lines, I’ll try to create a little insight into me as a person. 😊

I started my academic career in 2011 at HTL Rennweg, where I discovered my passion for (digital) technologies and innovation. After finishing my Matura, I followed my interest for media and graduated from the FH in St. Pölten with a Bachelor in Media Technology in 2020.

During my bachelor studies, my interest in interactive technologies increased, especially VR technology. This led me to start my Master in interactive technologies with focus on VR/AR in 2020.  I then successfully completed my master’s degree in Feburary 2023.

Besides my academic and professional career, I enjoy engaging in sports like basketball, weightlifting, or soccer. I also have a passion for cooking! Additionally, I am deeply interested in emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence, IoT, and blockchain.

Afterwards, I worked as an XR Developerin a full-service E-Learning Agency, where I developed XR applications, enhanced the in-house authoring tool to support an XR app for iOS and Android, and created immersive training simulations. These experiences allowed me to further refine my skills and deepen my knowledge in the field of interactive technologies.
